Excellent so far. We pick our shed and they helped with options. The prices are reasonable. Have to wait for it to be built and delivered. Very excited to see it finished.

Brian has it right. Rent to own is a month to month rental with you owning it after 2 or 3 years. Payoff anytime early.
We do rent to own in Maine only. You'd need to call one of the offices and settle on a building that you want. Then there's a contract to fill out and sign. Stock is low right now but you'd need to talk about the time frame also. 207-269-2800 will get you to one of our offices.
