The NP and Dr staff are wonderful. But the dental office while friendly, have really done damage to my teeth. A filling connected two teeth, which of course broke, eventually had to have the tooth pulled. And a drill bit broke off and was left embedded in my tooth. I saw it on my X-ray during an exam. I don't like being a practice patient.

Never thought I’d enjoy going to the dentist but I have had nothing but great experiences here. The front desk staff is always super friendly and my dentist Dr. Napolitano is the best dentist I’ve ever had. In addition, I always show up early and get in before my appointment is scheduled.

I was transferred from the Warwick office to the Wakefield office. The doctor was supposed to call me at 2:20 today and he blew me off. What makes it even worse is that it was to refill my psychiatric medicine. I’ve been trying to call the office and it’s just a recording. I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes and nobody comes to the phone. Extremely unprofessional
