Have lived here for eleven years and I love living here. The staff are very respectful and kind and the maintenance staff is great! I wouldn't think of living any where else.

New renters beware! Rent went up 500 dollars per month in one year. I've been living here for multiple years and every year they continue to raise the price exorbitantly. For the amount I'm paying you would think they would be able to get around to fixing maintenance issues in a timely manner, as well as clear ice out. I know several people are moving out because it has just gotten much too expensive, and I will be too.

They do in the form of those garages you see, but it's an impossibly long waitlist. They don't offer any additional storage space.
There are no elevators at the community.
The apartments are rentals. There is a condo development within The South County Commons, The Preserve. They are privately owned, your best bet for information on them is to contact a local realtor
Unfortunately no, German shepherds are one of the restricted dog breeds
