We traded our camper for a 2022 Forest River Flagstaff Microlite. For over a week the salesman had been in near constant contact with us, answering all of our questions and ensuring a smooth purchase. Great job on his part!! We go to pick up our camper Saturday, open the door to walk in and it was absolutely obvious the inside had never been inspected prior to pickup. The strip that secures the privacy curtain to the roof was hanging from the ceiling by one screw and the curtain is in the floor. I went through and checked all of the cabinet doors and identified 3-4 that needed to be tightened before we left, none ever were fixed I had to do that once I got it home. The real highlight was when we went to check the couch recliners and one of the latches was broke. The they asked if it would be ok to mail me the latch and I could put it on for them…. At this point I was just ready to walk out. The salesman came back and informed us that they were going to be ordering us a new couch but we would have to drive back down so they could install. Mind you, it’s a 2 hour plus drive from our house. They tried to make it sound fine by saying they would give us a few nights free, even though we get them anyway. Extremely frustrating to buy a brand new camper, see that they went through the trouble to wash and clean it. However it’s absolutely obvious that no pre-sale inspection of the interior was completed before we arrived. The whole process seemed very unorganized, even though the deal had been moving for a week. I wouldn’t say don’t buy from this location, but definitely pay attention when it’s time to conduct your walk through.

Yes I am sorry to say we bought our camper from Tom Johnson's we love our camper and got an excellent deal and they stood behind the warranty but I don't think Tom Johnson's is quiet is honorable as Tom Johnson was for the connected moments that matter most you want the best and Tom Johnson did sell to Camping World but it's nice but it's not the same I think prices are more expensive the service department is not as nice we bought our camper there and that I'm happy with the camper and Tom Johnson fix it for us and no problem but we haven't thank goodness had to take it back to this Tom Johnson's because it's not the same
We bought ikamper from Tom Johnson which is now Camping World and we have been very disappointed in the prices of the stuff we can go to Walmart and get the same product for a smaller price I don't know whether there is there is good this one is as good as they used to be but we weren't impressed

Tom Johnson does not rent trailers they do have a nice camping area in the back they got a nice restaurant they sell pretty nice campers but they have no TV in their Campground so if you want to watch television you watch PBS

Anyone can get a motorhome, depends on what interest you are willing to pay. If it is over 50,000 finance it for 20 years.
They have awful customer service. They will bait and switch in a heartbeat! When you call them out on it they get offended! I would stay away!
They were a great place to do business. Not anymore.
They might as I see several trailers parked in the lower back ground. Large open field that use for ground controlled airplane and golf,drown. Great fishing,hunting,motor cycle ridding ( New tail of the Dragon ).
