Buyer Beware- We Bought an $99,000 class C recreational vehicle from Camping World, Marion 1 month ago, for delivery today- Sept 29, 2022. When we bought it they asked for a list of things we thought needed repair or fixing prior to our taking possession. Jump to today, a month later. They have had a month to get this RV ready for delivery. Only HALF of the items on our "fix it" list **which they asked for** were done. In addition- 1 drawer was broken. Another drawer had the front pulled loose. The generator would not start. *The.Generator.Would.Not.Start* and, The center front burner on the gas stove top would not light. This is a brand new, never been sold RV. The service center needs to up its game and quit making excuses for only half doing their job. I should have taken delivery of my new 100% functional RV at 1pm today. I should not be taking possession at 5:45pm of an RV that has a list of "warranty" claims to be repaired at a later date. Almost sounds like a scam to make more $$$ to me. Believe the 1 star reviews folks. We had them drop the 4000.00 service contract off if this is what we can expect.

Did a great job on camper. Took a long time to get the part but we were constantly getting updates on when it was supposed to be in. The shipment of the part was completely out of their control and the fact that they took the time to call us and keep us updated was great. As soon as the part came in they called and we had the camper back in 1 day.
