Incredible 360 view and an expansive area to explore. Must see if you're in the area. Great spots to picnic... and yes if you have to pee there are bathrooms!

Amazing views. Great place to bring the family. No hike, to mild hike, to bike friendly range of options for summiting via well maintained road or trail $5 atm style parking fee Observatory deck was closed with no clear communication as to why or when it would be open

Yes but only when the gate is open. Probably find the hours on their website.
Road is closed for the season (barring any special events) . You are still allowed to walk it or the trails, however.
Park closes at 8. There is no camping, but several picnic tables for day visits

I believe they are as long as they are leashed, however i have seen dogs that arent leashed as well on the trail. There should be more info on their website😊

Typically, if you ask for permission you should be okay. I would Google 'spreading ashes on State property' and it should bring you to a page with more information.
5 $ to just drive up to the park ,you can walk for free
