We had a funeral for my Aunt. Parking was tough but staff was helpful. When it came to leaving to the church, an older short employee with black hair was sent out to direct traffic. He was miserable and was blowing up at family. There was some confusion as it is in the middle of a city but still it's a funeral. He went about arguing with family screaming at the top of his lungs. He even swore at my Uncle, the deceased brother. I spoke up after he yelled at another driver (a visitor to my aunt's funeral)and he tried yelling at me. Once at the Church, as we were all parking, I went over to one of the workers, and older gentleman with gray hair and asked if the owner of the company was Herr. He stated no. I asked who was in charge and he stated he was working and walked away. I asked another worker ( bald middle-aged male) for the name of the supervisor (as i wanted to file a complaint later)and politely directed me to the front where the limo was. There was two more workers in the front by the Limos. The first was the same angry unprofessional worker and another guy. Mr angry employee was just standing around. I asked him who the supervisor was and he turned his back and snipped I'm working..I asked the same and he replied the same. I asked a third time and he pointed out the other employee. I spoke to that other employee when the funeral was over and we got the standard I'll speak to them which means nothing. At a time of people's grief, these places should be helpful and professional. This was not the case. They made a bad day worse.

Rude on the phone. Didn't even listen to me. Couldn't get off the phone fast enough...

Went to a funeral Sunday May 2nd and despite state law mandating masks, they were allowing anyone who didn't want to wear a mask to not wear one. Endangering people at a funeral home during a pandemic? Are they trying to drum up business? Very irresponsible and inconsiderate.
