I was traveling and had a vet emergency for my dog. I found Anzer Animal Hospital under emergency vets and and made the call as soon as my dog ate raisins. After telling them what the issue was they said they couldn't see him sooner than 3 hours . When I arrived they told me it had been too long to do stomach lavage. $460 later, my dog is ok but I wish they had told me when I called they couldn't see him in time to help. I would have called another vet. They did tests to see if he was poisoned and already in kidney failure when it could have been prevented entirely by letting me know they couldn't see him in time.

Best animal hospital staff, we unfortunately had to put our dog to sleep this weekend but Anzers staff made it the easiest experience possible considering the circumstances. Very kind stayed late on a Friday evening so I could make it there to say goodbye to my sweet pup. No rushing, very genuine sympathy, explained every process, and gave all our options available to make everything as easy as possible. Thank you so much for your kindness ❤️
