I love jersey mikes, but wow, this location is pretty bad. After reading some of these reviews, this spot is pretty terrible! Staff is very rude and you guys should really just stop doing mobile orders at this location all together. Every time I’ve placed a mobile order they either lose it, don’t have it done at the time, or hold it hostage in their little corner while yelling at people trying to find their order….when the automated email says “Looking for your order? Come directly to the designated Pick Up area when you arrive.” What it should say “Looking for your order? We may have it. We may not. We don’t know. Go to the designated area to get yelled at by our cashier aka gate keeper of the almighty online orders that we don’t know how to deal with”

Jersey Mike's was my favorite place to get subs, but the last 2 times I've ordered I've gotten food poisoning. I ordered within the past month and my sub didn't taste right both times. I tend to order the Bacon Chicken Ranch, one time it was cold (usually the food gets to me warm) and the last time I ordered the bacon was burnt. It's sad because I used to love them but now I won't be ordering from them anymore due to my last 2 experiences.

Every table in the place was dirty ..sandwich was very disappointing. Been here several times in the past .Will never return.wife was so upset she wouldnt even sit in the restaurant and eat because of how dirty the dining room was
