Adam was amazing. He knows everything and anything to do with the mattresses and company. He didn't pressure us into anything. Just helped with every question and guided us through the whole process. His people skills are so good that he felt like a friend, not a salesman.

Questions & Answers

We have had our mattress for two weeks and feel it is too soft for us. I heard something about having 100 days to make an exchange. Is that true? If it is, we would like to exchange our mattress for a firmer model.
