If they refers any contractors, stay away….. they are unprofessional, extremely pricey. I understand maybe a little kick back. How ever a job that can be done by other licensed professionals for $ 7k, they will charge you $15k-30k. Too much BS with this property manager and his contractor guys. Dirty business.

**update** The lock company came, door is still tied open using a green extension cord. My mother did receive an email from Russ, threatening to post a reply including false information, in an attempt to bully and embarrass her. I have a copy of the email, it was handed out to all residents here and posted publicly. If you'd like a copy, please contact me to see for yourself. Our "locked" front door gate has been broken for months. Now we have no door handle. Landacaping and snow removal services are pathetic. Just call them with a concern and see what their attitude is, it will speak volumes.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!! Thomas Yule has to be the most unprofessional, rude property Manager ever. He’s been managing our property for awhile and NEVER comes by the location if you ask him to about an issue. If you email, he’s not friendly, then stops responding all together. How is this company in business? They seem to respond more on here because of negative reviews than if you call or email. . Handful of issues, nothing done the way it should be. Don’t deal with them.

I have lived in my community for almost 20 years and Bristol South is our 5th or 6th management company in that time span. We have had them for close to 5 years and they are by far the best. Great communication with residents and very informative at our annual meetings. Other companies would assign a new manager every few months but we have had the same site manager since day 1. Keep up the good work.
