The manager Alex or Alexis with the short blue hair is unusually mean especially for service. She is downright agitated, upset, and angry. Maybe when hiring someone to help customers get a person with the slightest amount of understanding. The manager should bring the team up, and not shock them with her angry outbursts. Too bad this was a nice place.
