I had to get a new pain management doctor because mine retired and I found Dr Swain through my insurance recommendations. Dr Swain spends a lot of time with me and shows great concern for my health and well being. He ordered all new MRI’s and X-rays to see what, if anything, has changed in the areas of my body that have been injured. Dr Swain and is a good person and cares about his patients from what I have seen. Loraine is very helpful and really nice. I’ve read some of the reviews that say differently but, I haven’t seen her mistreat anyone.

This doctor doesn't spend any time with patients. He walked in today, asked how I was doing, I said, "not good". He walked out, five minutes later comes to tell me he refilled the prescription and says I can leave. I was stunned. No discussion about other things to try. Just electronically sends the same meds and hustles me out the door. I'm not interested in a pill pusher. I'm interested in getting help for pain. What he's given me is not helping, but he's not interested in discussing a different treatment option.

I have been a patient here for 5 years and i am very happy with all aspects of my experience here . Before the pandemic the wait times were about an hour. The last 10 months i have done my monthly visits thru the telephone which only takes 5 min. I have read other reviews and i dont understand how people can complain Lorraine has always been polite helpful and efficent and Dr Swain is very cooperative. I have asked to switch up my meds a few times over the years and he is always helpful and gives me as much medicine as the law allows for my condition. I would give them a try if you need a pain management doctor but be aware he follows medical guidelines and will not over medicate his patients. He is not a "pill mill" and you have to have a medical reason to get pain meds. I think most of the negative reviews are from people looking to get pain meds in excess of their medical needs.

Been a patient for approx 4yrs. They have worked hard to make my life so much better. I can't believe the change in my life since he started taking care of me. The staff does so much to make it easy. I have never had to worry about my insurance issues.. They take care of everything for you. Love all of them ❤
