This place does not care about loud and unruly tenants. My girlfriend lives below two girls that are constantly throwing parties, playing loud music, and leaving fast food bags and other trash all over the place in the parking lot. The doors in her apartment literally shake from people intentionally jumping. And what's worse is the noise you'd expect to hear on a Friday or Saturday night is happening throughout the week. We have sent complaints to the office for months and nothing has been done. Please be aware that there are a lot of college students in this area and this complex does not care to manage the partying or trash. My girlfriend is also a college student who needs to study and get adequate sleep for work and school, but she often has to leave her own apartment because of the noise if she wants to get anything done. If you want peace or a responsive management, look elsewhere.

I have lived here for around 2 years and it is an absolutely wonderful complex. The unit I moved into was clean and well taken care of. The staff is wonderful and maintenance requests are always taken care of right away. I would highly recommend living here.

Let me just say I’ve been at this property for 5 yrs and as single young women coming in, I’ve always felt safe and secured any issues I had they was more than accommodating. Very nice facility. It is very well maintained. Ms.Corrine (management) is exceptional, has wonderful customer service. I never had any issues and when it came down to me leave she was very hands on and assisted me every step of the way very good and maintenance responds when there is a problem. Has pool and laundry area. Great location near mid-city, and Redstone Arsenal literally 10 to 15 min to everywhere. Very clean community.
