I love my White lake PSP. There are supply issues,of course not their fault. However, impossible to get certain cat food. Other than that they are terrific. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I love looking at the kittens.

Employees are knowledgeable and nice. Store has two cats wandering the aisles as well as a self dog washing area and their "Kitty City" were cats be adopted. They also have fish birds, small rodents, and reptiles. Bigger pen houses rabbits or ferrets on a roasting basis.

I almost never give five stars. Fantastic place to take my pup for shopping. My dog Ranger really loves interacting with the employees and they all know his name! I would like to specifically single out an employee named Lace. She is an angel and if she wants it, she should be promoted. I have NEVER met an employee that was so willing to go above and beyond for me in the name of good will. If anything, she is the reason I’ll continue to frequent this establishment. She is an asset and a treasure.
