The clerk screwed up my purchase and after I drove 20 miles one way to correct it the next clerk " a manager" ordered the wrong color Jean's, so I made a third trip to JCPenneys to again re-order the jeans, so, any savings i may have received went up in smoke along with the high price of gas, come on JCPenney, tighten up

Lately when I have been in your store none of the clothing is very appealing. It seems like some of the clothes looks poorly made or for the younger people. The staff is very nice and the store is clean si that's a good thing.We're sorry to hear that your visit wasn't perfect, but with your feedback we'll be able to build a better visit in the future.
