I would try to contact Samsung and start there. If you purchased a warranty through JC Penny, then I would contact them.
I agree with Amanda don't bother calling JCPenney there's nothing they can do for you unless you have a contract with them they'll just try to sell you a service plan good luck with your dryer
I would call the 800# listed on the back of the dryer or in the manual.
