Seems there are various issues with managers & management since my brother bought his place. He was originally told Cranberry would put an off street parking area in, then new manager told him he'd have to pay for it. The park is well maintained, the residents I've met are a nice community. If a manager gets someone to buy a home with the promise of adding a parking spot off street, any new managers should abide by that commitment & not renege on the original. agreement

This is a very nice senior community. Are of good quality and the residents seem to be friendly. The lot rent is a little on the high side however it's worth it for living in a clean community with good peeps.

Why would you say they have fake reviews?
Yes
I don't live there ...sorry ..
No HOA fees great place to settle down
I think it runs around 500.00 I would have to get my paper work out to be sure but it's close to that rent is usually around 850 to 900 but that's a sr single wide double wide is around 1100.00
The rent varies. They have homes for sale as well as for lease. The community is extremely well kept clean and quiet over 55 only.
You have to call them to find out
I don't live there but know someome who does he rents home and lot for 800.00 has to pay for own water. Park seems nice from what I can tell as a visitor except parking space is very small at his home.
Also it's going to be the location in the park you might pay more if you are on the lake
55 and up. My friends mom lives there and calls it the wrinkle ranch.
Lot rent is $500-600, I have been living here 5 years and have a 100lb dog, don't know if new management has restrictions. Dogs must be tethered or on leashes
believe there is
