I don't live there but know someome who does he rents home and lot for 800.00 has to pay for own water. Park seems nice from what I can tell as a visitor except parking space is very small at his home.
Depends. Doesn't cover much other than trash, snow removal. Suppose to cover cleaning Beach but that happens infrequently. We pay $577. It has gone up. Must call to find out more.
