We had a wonderful stay here! Definitely recommend this place. It is simple, but clean and well kept. The continental breakfast was a nice bonus. The manager is extremely friendly and welcoming. Location is excellent, convenient to things like Dunkin’ donuts, cvs, and newbury st. It also was a 10 min walk from Fenway park. Would stay here again as it was probably the most affordable place downtown Boston. We had a room with a private bathroom so I cannot say how the shared ones were but our small room was just what we needed for our sightseeing.

Owner is extremely rude and made racist comments towards my family. He was initially rude to my two family members who were trying to stay there (they are both international students). The argument got heated and he made racist comments, targeting the country where my family is from. Things escalated even further and the police were called. Feel free to read the other low star reviews here on Google and on Yelp and they will say similar things about the owner’s attitude. I would be cautious about staying here if you are a person of color and a foreigner.

To keep the long story short: the owner seems to have some severe mental issue and is a racist. The place is not safe if you are a single lady trying to find an accommodation near the area. Stay safe and protect yourself.

Taxi or Uber... The other option is to take the shuttle from the airport and it drops you off at the convention center a couple of blocks away, and you could take a taxi from there, or walk
Yes, but first come first serve for spots. They also say there is a parkade down the street that can be used.
On street parking if you're lucky. Small lot in the back. Paid parking garage nearby. We leave our car at the end of the green D line at Rte 128 and take the T in.
