BonChon is well-known for its fried-chicken. It’s extra crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. And it’s not greasy at all. Their bacon-kimchi fried rice is definitely recommended along with their tteokbokki. Those 3 dishes are my go-to every single time. You have to try them, ya’ll won’t regret it. P.S. their spicy chicken is a bit spicy, especially if you don’t really eat spicy.

I was given a $5 off code. I took it with me to work so I could use it sometime to order dinner. When I went to use this coupon. It told me that I needed to show it to a cashier. It did not provide any code to use online like I would typically expect with a code. It never stated that I would even need to show it to anyone (I wouldn't have bothered to use it). So I called the restaurant to ask if there was a way to still use it and the employees and manager were very unhelpful. They just told me to contact corporate. I've been ordering from bonchon for awhile and enjoy their food but the experience was disappointing. Update 9/1: I was contacted by the general manager and my order was rectified along with free order of wings. He was very understanding and I appreciate the customer service.
