The tall old lady who works here wouldn't ship my package because the shipping address was Chicopee . I've mailed many things and never heard of this before. She said if it's postmarked to be shipped from Chicopee it has to be mailed from a Chicopee post office. . It was obviously a lie, unfortunately . I left and mailed it from another post office as I was passing through Worcester. They never heard of her crabby rule and said pre-labeled MA pkgs can be mailed from anywhere in the northest REGION.. She seems to be a little disgruntled. That's ok. We all have bad days and I guess that sometimes results in government workers refusing to do their government jobs .

I love this post office! The employees are kind and helpful. Additionally, the greeting cards are cool, not too sappy or religious. They're also inexpensive. I understand sending cards isn't really done anymore. I still think it's a fab. tradition. However, lately the cards I've seen @ other places have either been over $5 (?!), required additional postage (due to the trend of attaching random things onto them), or been offensive in their saccharine sentimentally. Lately, the manager has been @ this location. He's really gregarious. The few times I've seen him, he's been quite friendly, starting conversations with customers and helping move the line.
