I booked a reservation at this location 4 days in advance. I called the day before to confirm that the trailer was available (after reading a lot of bad reviews) and the employee confirmed that they had it. When I arrived, I was told that the trailer was not available. After driving 3 hours from out of state, this was the last thing I wanted to here. A call beforehand would have been great. Thankfully, another uHual in Chipoee had the trailer.

Great customer service. But still haven't received 1 free month on my unit, and access cards didn't work first day they were issued!

I have had a larger inside storage unit for almost an entire year now at this exact location. During the year I had issues paying my unit on time . Everyone goes through cash struggles sometimes. Joe the owner reached out by emails and by phone to make sure my family didn’t lose our belongings. He worked with me and made arrangements to ensure he went out of his way to take care of us. Just by communicating our situation. I want everyone to know that this is a great staff and owner that makes your life easier during hard times!!!! Matt Strycharz

Ordered a Ubox to move with, instructed them leave it in front of the garage door. They instead blocked the front door with it, making it difficult for my disabled grandfather to get in and out of the house. They not only refused to move it but when we said we would complain to corporate, Josh H. Laughed and said we would just get transferred back to him. Zero customer service and zero accountability even for the disabled.
