Garlic green beans are perfect, nice crunch and flavorful. Pulled chicken and brisket are a little dry. I didn't receive any kind of bbq sauce with my purchase, so made the meats a little eh... Didn't receive my Mac and cheese nor my coleslaw in my order and only got $5 back which only covered one side. But, should definitely think of making a potato salad or mashed potatoes as a side too. Kind of disappointed.

Overall this place is fantastic. I've tried both the brisket sandwich and pork sandwich, both excellent. The mac and cheese with Flame Town toppings is out of this world. The only reasons I did not make this a five-star, is due to longer than anticipated wait times both visits I've been in there, along with higher prices

Just moved here from Texas. Decided to find a great barbecue place. This is not great tasting pulled pork. First it’s brown and looks like very thin spaghetti? It also had an after taste that wouldn’t go away. Going to keep looking for real barbeque.Hi SimpyShrimpy! This is not what we like to read. We pride ourselves on often receiving high praise from people from BBQ states. We’d love to invite you back in and give you a real BBQ experience. Something must have been amiss. Our Pulled Pork is brown due to the base rub and barque that is achieved by smoking. We know Texas is a big brisket state and would love for you to sample that.
