the roads are never shoveled during winters, they are infamous for shoveling a huge pile of snow behind ur car for you to shovel ur way out, they NEVER sand the icy walkways, ur on ur own on that.. i literally slipped and fell 4x just trying to get to my door.. they threaten to tow ur car due to a cleanup that they’ve never sent notice about, yes it was a no parking zone but who wants to park far from getting into ur apartment when they don’t even make it safe enough for u to walk far distances from ur parked car to ur door, yes i will park in a no park zone because who signs up to fall 4x at one time?! oh and a kid stole my package on my camera but they refuse to install cameras even though the surrounding areas are extremely sketchy! be prepared to deal with the worst plumbing system ever, but weidner is infamous for that, thats not nothing new!

I don't really enjoy living here and I think there are other options in Anchorage that are cheaper for the same experience. I have lived in a luxury residence before, however this complex completely misses the point on what "luxury" means. It does not mean front gate.

I moved here in February. Office staff and management have been courteous and responsive to my needs. Community is very pet friendly. Community is clean quiet and nobody bothers you. Maintenance has responded promptly to minor issues. I love having a garage to park in during the winter months. Rent is a little pricey but its worth it. I plan to renew my lease when the time comes.
