I haven’t had very many issues since moving here almost 2 years ago, but the ones I have had have always been addressed in a timely manner. My AC broke down a few days ago and maintenance fixed it promptly!! Kenya has always been polite and very welcoming and attentive to any and everything. The only negative is the lack of parking for visitors but it could definitely be worse.

During 5 years in this place year by year it’s going worst and worst, A/C stop working 5 days ago and no body fix it yet , the temperature inside the apartment became over 90 and they didn’t care . Always has problems A/C in summer, hot water in winter, cleaning during the year. You will find this issues every year. Do not recommend at all Update: they said 4 weeks to fix the A/C . temperature outside 104

I am looking to relocate soon due to a change in career and this is one of the places I am highly interested in moving to soon. I called and spoke to the manager Kenya and had such a professional and friendly conversation. She was knowledgeable about the leasing process and told me exactly what I needed to start the process. She even informed me on the best time to apply due to me relocating later this year. I have been calling multiple apartments, but these by far has caught my attention simply because the management is so professional and caring! And I’m not event a tenant yet so I can only imagine what it will be once I do decide to relocate. Great customer service!
