First and foremost- ICE CREAM MACHINE DOWN FOR OVER A MONTH. There is no reason for this billion dollar company inconveniencing their customers like this. I hope they lose that 900 million dollar suit which at this point? Seems justified. Side not- this location is continually extremely slow. Did I mention how ridiculous it is that the ice cream machine is never working? Horrible business per usual McDonald’s, thanks a lot

Well I don't go out to eat much and I went to McDonald's, they put burnt to a crisp patties on my Big Mac. I think it was on purpose. I fed it to my dogs. I don't enjoy paying for food that is sabatoged and burnt. I tried to call and make a complaint they just picked up the phone and hung it up. I don't enjoy those experiences where you feel like looking at you funny and burn your beef patties on your big Mac and still serve it to you.
