Have used FedEx 3 times, 1st time half an empty box was delivered, 2nd time my package was lost at local FedEx facility, and now giving them a 3rd chance and paying for 2nd day delivery, it has taken 4 days and spent two days in Tampa. Tried to call and twice in one hour was on hold and hung up on before talking with anyone..NEVER AGAIN, AND I WILL SPREAD THE WORD NOT TO USE FEDEX, USE UPS THEY ARE RELIABLE...

It should be. I have shipped from them several times especially since they are open the latest. I have never noticed a difference in their shipping prices.
