Solar panels installed in 2018 went great. But the enphase batteries installed in 2021 has been an albatross. System.did not transfer to battery power upon loss of power in early May. Response from Sin Pro and Enphase was non existent. Finally got a tech out here. He said the Envoy needs to be replaced. It took almost a month and system still.not working. Now.he said we need 1 battery replaced. Waiting over 2 weeks and no shipment info. We have had this problem over 3 1/2 months we need 1 battery replaced

Did not keep appointment. Recommend I asked about referrals program. I do not like wasting my time and being blown off! Avoid at all cost not dependable or reliable!

Dion Ruiz, Good service. Pete was helpful.

Chris at the sunpro team was incredible. They gave us an extremely fair price and held our hand through everything, including the app. They made it seamless and even helped us with the permits and gave advice on the tax situation. We are moving soon and have already spoken to Chris about adding solar to our next house!

Only when necessary or requested. During your free assessment, Sunpro’s specialists will identify if your roof is up to code and able to reliably support your new array. Sunpro’s roofing company, Buildpro, installs quality, affordable roofing. They work together to ensure that your roof stays secure, and your warranty stays pristine. Buildpro Roofing uses only trusted and high-performing shingle brands such as Owens Corning, CertainTeed, and IKO.
Here are some factors that go into the overall cost of going solar: the energy needs of a household, the amount of shade covering a roof, the materials required to build each individual array, and permit costs. These, and others, will cause the cost of going solar fluctuate from house to house.
This depends on factors such the size and shape of your roof, your average power usage, and the type of panel you may want to use. Sunpro’s personalized (and free!) consultation will provide all the information the exact number of panels your home may need.
In the long run, absolutely. In the interim – you may find that what you normally would pay for your power bill is now being spent on your payment plan for your solar array. However, much like anything else involving going solar, it depends entirely on your situation. Sunpro’s personalized consultation will provide all the information you’ll need to best determine if going solar accomplishes any and all goals you have set.
With advantages like tax credits, mitigating the ever-increasing cost of electricity, and even selling back the power you don’t use to your power company (a process called net metering,) the savings alone are worth it! Oh, not to mention, with a battery backup – you can kiss those power outages goodbye!
Solar battery backups can store the excess power your solar panels produce throughout the day, and will power your home throughout the night (thus reducing your power bill to nearly nothing.) Solar battery backups also provide energy independence which means you use all the power you produce and save yourself from the ever-fluctuating price of electricity. Battery backups can also protect you from power outages
