A stark unattractive all white building with absolutely no architectural refinement, stuck in the middle of one of Anchorage’s most attractive older neighborhoods. I don’t know who the architecture on this building is but it’s a real disappointment. About the only interesting feature is the entranceway and you can’t even see that from the street. The landscaping is poor and after two years it’s still not even completed. From a neighborhood standpoint, this project is a big nothing. I wish they’d bring back the trailer park! It may have been rundown and unattractive but at least it wasn’t a ugly foot three story eyesore. And I could cut through to Baxter without having to drive on tutor.
