Will not go back. You can only order on kiosk that everyone touches. They no longer have jalapeno. Garlic bun was a great mess of butter & garlic ON TOP of the bun. Burger wasn't good. Years ago they were a 5 now a 1 was too high

I have loved Steak and Shake since I was a kid. The food is still as good as ever but the restaurants themselves are like ghost towns. Self order kiosks, self serve drink and condiments & no waitress staff. I miss the days of there being a wait to get in. It was buzzing 24/7 and full of life. It is really sad to see what has become of some of our favorite restaurants.

Good food, order through the Kiosk. We ate a late lunch so the place was pretty empty. Milkshakes were huge and delicious!!
