Sick and toxic agency full of lies and deception. Calls are not returned and HUD funds are not wisely used for the unsheltered. And who said they can buy up property and still not house people???? avoid Cassandra Davis she is a big ol flake and backstabbing phoney. This agency needs a major nuclear bomb. Check public audits they don't have staff to provide services... it's a commodities game with social security numbers collected at 204 Hampton #13 HACLA owns and operates it.. simple game to fleece funding to help no body but self enrichment

Horrible place to work at . They don't care about your safety, and there is favoritism among management and staff. There is a disconnect between the front lines of the work and the upper management. Upper management plays politics and invents positions for favorites that are under educated and not qualified. Some C level staff are bullies instead of mentors. Nothing is communicated, everyone is confused and no one is taking responsibility for the mess that is programs. I feel bad that clients who are with a company who does not care about their best interest but only about how they will obtain their next chunk of money. Families and their hardships are continuously exploited for the gain of the company. If you are someone who believes in the greater good of the people that you work with you will be disappointed working here. The offer decent compensation and benefits, but it comes with a price.

Keep calling.
Not at this location. They do have a food pantry, but you have to have a case manager there, and be enrolled in one of the programs.
You can file a grievance if you feel like your case manager is not helping you in the manner in which you prefer.
Of course
204 Hampton is registered with the county as HACLA owned and operated. It's not w hud money it's with misappropriated HHH money and embezzled program funding that nome of their clients actually get or have access to
No state funds came from HHH
