What more can one ask for when a business is honest in dealing with their customers. I took my chainsaw in, thinking I had a major problem, only to find that I simply did not try to start it right. I thought I would need an overhaul. I purchased a new air filter (which was desperately needed) as a way to say thanks. This is not my first time at this business. They know what they are doing and I appreciate that since I am not any kind of a professional but a DIYer. Anyways, if you need what they provide, then check them out.

Couldn’t be happier. I brought my Generator to Alex to service. He’s a certified warranty repair shop for Duromax and other generators. My Duromax was only 6 months old but had been used nonstop for 6 months. I rely heavily on this generator and Alex did a valve adjustment and oil change and called me back to pickup the following day. AND The cost was 1/2 what I expected. I will be a customer for life.

I bought a new $ 5,000 bluebird, it failed at the first use, we brought it back and the owner was hostile, he said he fixed it but it's already been 3 kisses that I bring it back because it keeps failing, you don't spend so much money for something that doesn't work, the owner is a hostile person, don't waste time and money if you don't want to spend one more moment !!
