They outsource their billing, meaning not done on site. If you don't have the bill with their phone number, you can call the diagnostic facility locally where you had the test done & ask them for the phone number of their billing department. It's a toll free number. Once connected, you can your pay your bill with a customer service representative or get the info to pay online by providing them with your invoice number, file number, or social security number.

You call the imaging center (this is protocol for ALL medical records, not just diagnostic testing facilities) where you had the test performed & ask for medical records department, once transferred, you give hour name, D/O/B & what test you are requesting results for, as well as the date of service or D/O/S you had the test performed on. You may have to verify your address as well. You then inform them when you'd like to pick up test results & they will let you know if records will be available at that time. If not, you may pick another date. When you arrive to get test results, plz have photo ID & sign appropriate forms (i.e. HIPPA,) etc. And they hand you over your disc with the images on them, as well as the hard cooy report, in a small manilla envelope. That's it. Easy peasy.
