I use this facility for all my blood workups prior to my appointments with my NorthShore PCP and specialists. Depending on the hour of the day and especially day of the week it can especially busy and chaotic. The storefront entrance is just a few feet away from all the NorthShore specialists and primary care physicians of which there are many to select from. Don't expect to just walk in and have them take you .....YOU NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! They are no cheap but then you don't want to shop around based on price. These guys know what they are doing and I highly recommend any of them especially when it comes to selecting a PCP or specialist. hey tend to be very tardy billing for services performed but they eventually send out long awaited invoices for services completed. Their referrals are seamless especially when it comes to cardiologists, urologists, enterologists, and especially surgeons.

STARS in Rego Park has given me my life back. The staff are so friendly, compassionate & kind. They all work well together & have a strong sense of team. The positive energy is contagious. The entire front desk is always warm & welcoming. Eric, Chris & all the other aides are always friendly & helpful. Emily, Yiyu & Keron, my miracle workers, are truly God sent. They have helped me physically & mentally heal. Their care is personalized, compassionate & detailed. In a gym full of patients they always made me feel like the only one. I am forever grateful.

I’m fuming I had a bad experience at this Star Physical therapy! They give a bad reputation to Northwell. They are very disorganized, I had to wait for 20 minutes for my appointment, but when I arrived 20 minutes late( because the parking is terrible), another therapist rushed the session short and did a terrible job. They make you do lots of exercises on your own, but they don’t work on the muscles that are affected. I was never informed that my session was going to be short because I came late. And the worst thing is that they charged my insurance for the entire service. These franchises steal from people, especially the elder, it is preferable to go to private services that give special individual attention.
