Dr Latka was fantastic. Very professional, thorough and explained all of the tests and results in an easy to understand way. Terrific customer service by the support staff and I found a couple great pairs of glasses in their optical shop.

Brett Burns gave me the best eye care, and prescription, really experienced and helped me. I know I can count on him for the best eye care. Sarah was very helpful and kind, helping me pick out my frames after I got my new prescription. I have insurance but paid out of pocket to go here, and I’m very thankful I did, it was a great experience. Thanks!!

Our office is a provider for Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Health New England, Cigna and a few other plans. We are not providers for VSP or EyeMed at this time. You may be covered under your insurance for any examination fees and use your VSP coverage at another location for material coverage like eyeglasses and contact lenses. One of our staff will be glad to help you over the phone. Thank you for reaching out to us.

I am looking for a optometrist experienced with some vision loss from a detached retina in one eye, my previous Drs office is currently closed. Is there anyone out there who you would reccomend?

Meridith, all of our optometrists are experienced in maximizing vision following surgical repair of a detached retina. Please understand that some central and/or peripheral vision loss may be irreversible depending on the extent and duration of the detachment. It would be helpful for the doctor you see at Chicopee Eyecare to review your previous eye records including any visual fields you may have had.
