Sonal Talati is the best. I’ve been a tenant in many self storages facilities across NJ. I’d say having business with Sonal Talati from Edison location was the best experience, very cooperative lady and well knowledgeable. Highly recommended and 5 stars.

Terrible! We were quoted a decent monthly rate for storage and then literally one month later they raised the price on us without any notification or prior warning. When we inquired, they told us that they raise the rates every 6 months! Considering that we had just signed up one month prior to the rate increase, it’s preposterous that this was not mentioned to us at all. They also refused to refund our money for the price difference that they automatically charged to our credit card. Complete bait and switch and very scammy. Beware! Look elsewhere.
