I dont who made the sandwiches today but the frontaga chicken sandwich I ordered for lunch was terrible...soggy and gross..tossed it in the trash.

I’ve order Rapid pick up here a few times for coffee and it doesn’t matter how early in advance I ordered it, I still have to wait because it’s not ready at the pickup time. I schedule my coffee for pick at 1:20pm today, I didn’t leave the store until 1:32pm. I had to start packing my own cups and sugar before someone told me that they are grabbing my cups and sugar for me. No one asked if I needed help, I had to asked if the container of coffee was for me. I ended up being late for work even though I schedule everything ahead of time to avoid this inconvenience. I’m truly very disappointed because it’s not the first time this had happened. Not even an apology was made.

Just went into this location to get dinner for the family. While I was waiting for my food the girl who was behind the counter prepping food was so loud and unprofessional. She was talking extremely loud to her coworker about other workers and her thinking of quitting. The whole time this conversation was being had right over my food and to make matters worse…her mask was sitting right under her chin. (Where was management?) To top it all…. I get home and I received the wrong soup orders even after an associate “checked” my bag before I left. Next time I’ll drive the distance to another location smh.

My husband picked up a quick dinner for our toddler and this is the apple that came with his order. The check says "Accuracy Matters..." I guess not quality.
