I been calling and trying to set up a time to come in have not heard anything back I came in and have been sitting and waiting for almost 20 minutes 🙃 with no service I'd there a better way to get in contact with some one

I just keep calling until I get someone. When you leave a message, you will get a cal back but sometimes not until a day or two later. If you go in, don't sit down. Stand at the front desk, someone will eventually be over. If you sit, they assume you're watching your kid or waiting for your kid..
