Motel OK, unfriendendly staff , plumbing was leaking. Upon our arrival The room AC was off so it was super hot inside.

Yes, it's a $40 deposit that you get back when leaving, providing you kept the room clean. For the price (approximately $110) it's a decent night's stay. It's the best motel in Rialto.
