I went in to have my nails and toes done! Upon walking in I was never greeted nor approached in any way! Customer service was awful! Somebody else came in after me and was addressed leaving me to ask about service! I was then told that it would be an 45min to 1hr wait and that they had appointments coming as if they did not want to service me and my mom! I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN AND WILL NOT REFER THEM! I feel I was racially profiled!

Shop is leaking water, from ceiling & it’s summer so I don’t get it but anyways it smells like mold, dirty , nail tech was hurting me & now 4 days later and has a painfulllll ingrown because of her ! Ughhhh

This is after four days, they screwed up my nails so bad. I work at a desk so its not like I’m hard on the nails. They broke and ripped my real nails in half after putting my Tupperware in the fridge. The pain was unbearable and it happened again an hour later. You can see another nail was about to break and there was lumps. Ughhh if I could put no stars I would.
