I am very disappointed by the lack of customer service received today. I grew up a couple of miles from Anna's and my family has patronized them for over 30 years but has lost us as customers after today. My mother was there to get lunch around 11:30am-12:30 pm and was informed that the order had to be placed electronically. She is not tech savvy and had no idea how to place the order. By her report, there were no customers in the restaurant but when she informed the young lady she didn't understand what to do she did not offer to help her. If the restaurant had been packed with customers, I could understand not being able to give 1:1 assistance. In this day and age, it's important to remember that the older generations may not have the same skills as their younger counterparts. My mother was so hurt she didn't receive an offer to help. I could hear it in her voice when she called me and I was compelled to write this review. I live out of state now, but will not be supporting the business when I visit home. If I could choose less than 1 star I would. This business has to do better to meet customers where they are.

Where do I begin? I was told to try Anna's out. It's about 30 minutes away from my home but let me tell you it was definitely worth every minute of the drive. From the moment my wife and I entered the restaurant the service was great. Now let's get to the food the mozzarella sticks were cooked to perfection. The pizza I most say was the best pizza I've ever had, the sauce, bread, cheese and pepperoni all compliment each other perfectly. Now on to the dessert omg the cheese cake was the bomb. Let's just say I've found my new place to eat I can't wait to try something else.

We came here after our first choice place was full. We ate in although most people seem to be picking up their food. The food was really quite good. Kids had pizza, adults had calzone and sub sandwich. The place is lacking atmosphere - it seams to be stuck between being a proper restaurant and a take out place. For example - you have to order at the counter rather than at the table. Not all items on the menu are now available.

Anna’s has made drastic changes!!!! When I first went to Anna’s it was very good professional and so forth. Then they went down hill had the trashiest people work there and awful service. They got all new staff, the service is the best we have ever had.
