I bought a tanning bed here yesterday, salesman swore up and down it worked but couldn't test it and i could bring it back if it didn't work. As I was leaving with it, the owner told me "sold as is! If it doesn't work sell the bulbs." Lo and behold.... it doesn't have all the parts. Now I'm scrounging for parts online. These guys are crooks. Update: found out the bed required a remote control plugged into the ethernet port. Bought a knock-off from ebay and the bed works now. Owner responded that he gave me a good deal because the bed was $175 although his ad listed 125. Liars through and through.
