"Lost" almost $1000 worth of my belongings. Their reason "We didn't have they keys to get in the trunk." You couldn't push the button?! Seriously?! They "carefully" reviewed my claim... really? I had a response in under 24 hours that is definitely not carefully... When I asked Dana to have her supervisor contact me... radio silence. Setting up the appointment just to pick up my stuff I was speaking to whoever picked up the phone and was put on hold mid sentence and left on hold for 5 minutes. These people are beyond rude and unprofessional with the exception of the driver who came to my door. Maybe contacting the better business Bureau is going to be the answer to getting something I need to do next.

One of the most rude and unprofessional companies I’ve ever come across. Had a 230 appointment to pick up my vehicle when I got there everyone acted like they were too busy to even acknowledge my presence and when they finally did acknowledge my presence all they did was send me to another door with no information and when I got to that other door I still had to wait I had to flag someone down just to be told to wait at the door again, after waiting for a period of time I go back to the office and I overheard the CORPSE that works at the front desk say ‘maybe she thinks if she stands there long enough and makes noise we will do something’. All I was trying to do was be told what was going on I had an appointment and I was still waiting and I’m running late for work but no one wanted to acknowledge or help me the most unprofessional place ever that extremely old lady needs to retire already.
