I DO NOT RECOMMEND this tow company is so janky and the workers pull out GUNS just seen it happen with my own eyes if you are an apartment complex do not sign a contract with them Ive been in my neighborhood 3 years and the only issue I have is this tow company 🤮 yall need to do better ❗️

I don’t know how you people sleep at night! Oh actually I know. You’re busy at night and early morning towing cars, sneaking around. ALL for the almighty dollar! You towed my car illegally and are now holding it for ransom $355.00. I am disabled and I’m going to miss my doctors appointment because of you. You are THIEVING SOBs! Ok now you’ve done it again! Stonehaven East apartment resident manager has provided you with a picture of the parking sticker on my car, d/t this illegal towing practice, informed your organization to NOT TOW THIS CAR. Suffice it to say, in my opinion, Carolina towing on freedom drive does not deserve your business.
