This company is embarrassing and the fact that snap on uses this company for freight is unbelievable. My shipment was supposed to arrived in charlotte on September 30th and was supposed to deliver on the 1st of October. It is the end of October 7th and the only time I’ve spoken to the company is when I decided to spend 30 minutes on hold just so they can tell me it will be delivered when it gets delivered and to call back in a week. Honestly never dealt with a company so incompetent before.
