Absolute disaster. My car was involved in an accident and then Hawkins damaged the car during towing. On the other side of the car than the wreck. Then when me or my insurance agency tried to call the “owner” was always out of town. I would never let them touch a vehicle. Place is a joke

Awesome place of business. Even though max time is usually 90 minutes the dispatch and driver got to me fast (45minutes) and I was in on a real back road.

Our 34' Class A motor home broke down and Good Sam lead us to Hawkins Towing. They drove over an hour to pick us up in the mountains and then towed our motor home over an hour to a diesel repair facility in Spartanburg. The diesel pusher motor home required quite a bit of prep work to ready for towing. Taylor was amazing! He knew exactly what to do and had every tool to do it. Very efficient and professional. Highly recommend!
