Had a lot of trouble with the MANAGEMENT there, the manager told so many lies to us, had to argue with them to get an upper manager to help us, Wish that he was in a Real soldiers home like the one in Rocky Hill ct. or one like that. this one in HOLYOKE MA. Is NOT a real-style vet home that gives them their veterans benefits they deserve.

Most wonderful place. Care can't be beat. Alzheimer's very well cared for by the most caring and patient people you'll ever find. My husband is there and I can't say enough good about them.
