We went to this Walgreens on Northampton st in Holyoke and it was absolutely ridiculous. There were employees talking to each other very loudly, cussing, using slurs, talking about very personal things right out on the floor. Children were in the store. I was standing at the photo center waiting for help and the people talking just kept looking over at me and carrying on their convo. Had to wait for a separate employee to finally come and help me. I am done with this store. Foolish behavior, uncomfortable atmosphere. Changing my pharmacy and not returning to this store again.

The pharmacy staff are extremely kind and helpful. They went out of their way to help me with an issue I didn't even know about, despite the fact they were very busy!
