Same experience as others. Literally calling for a week. No one answers, no one calls back. Horrible experience for a caring family member of a patient struggling with severe depression . Can onky imagine what its like for the patient themselves. What little i can understand from them, there's no treatment/therapy..just a respite. I would NOT recommend this place

Staff is incredibly good. We went there to visit a patient and were surprised at how friendly everyone was (the care staff, social worker, psychiatrist), everyone willing to communicate with the families, super friendly and caring. I was shocked. I've been to many of these places and the best you can hope for is to not get a cranky nurse, to get someone who at least is neutral in expression and somewhat willing to communicate. Not here, they were just excellent. I was happily surprised.

Yeahlisten to Nikki but if you call make sure to call every hour or they're likely to give the next bed to someone who's shows they really want it, that's what they'll tell you too" Call every hour to check because people leave all the time....."
Yes they do evaluations. The evaluation is done during an over the phone interview and again when you go in for your intake I believe. It is a great place to go for help with any substance abuse issue.
In detox someone can leave AMA (Against Medical Advice), I don't believe they get sent to Providence if they have been sectioned by someone, I thought if sectioned the person was sent to a place in Worcester, but again I am not positive about the details of being sectioned.....
Yeah I'd call first....if he's in the detox unit....no visits at all.....but for any other units I'm pretty sure there's visiting...also depending on his patient status....bottom line: call first...cuz ya don't wanna head all the way down there on the word of a "Google Guide" 😏 only to be turned away and waste your time.....
Any time... But is 4pm to 7pm Monday ~Friday. Weekend and holydays 1pm to 7pm
There should be some beds just keep calling .I was there three weeks ago and as of today I'm still clean ..good luck
Good service's ...!!!!!
Absolutely not
when I call that if there is a bed that she wants because she is already tired of what she is doing if they tell you that there is no bed there because she calls every 2 hours
Duh
